It WAS meant to make millions of Americans homeless & state dependant AND to have landlords lose their properties so the communist FEDS could grab all those properties for "redistribution" to house the ILLEGALS first, then to the POCS who are on the plantations. Clearly stated in the Communist Manifesto/Green Deal: confiscate as MUCH private & Fed property as possible to build "affordable housing" all over the country. America LAST.
