  1. Sheriffs across the country have already stated they would not partcipate in ANY unconstitutional gun confiscation laws. I would guess they'd agree on OTHER unconstitutional laws as well.

  3. Larry Hogan of Maryland passed Red Flag laws & almost immediately a man was reported a "suspicious" by a neighbor or someone. Police showed up. He was NOT doing anything wrong. He refused to hand over his guns, he was NOT breaking any laws, they shot him dead. THERE IS NO DUE PROCESS UNDER RED FLAG LAWS. Red Flag laws are the same as METOOING SOMEONE. "Believe all" (except the accused gets no voice) BULLSHIT.
