  3. Obama already did that by paying doctors billions in taxpayers money to put every medical/psychiatric file online. Then he had a backdoor put into every computer for instant access by the government into your files. To top that off he used ANY disabilty listed as a reason to take your 2nd Amendment right away. THAT was after he also made it mandatory for social security/disabilty recipients to have direct deposit or not get their benefits. He then twisted THAT into the recipient CAN'T be capable of handling their own money to further take 2nd Amendment rights away. Obama's rewriting the HIIPA was just an very expensive ruse to force all of the unconstitutional laws/rules & nothing more.

  7. There's hardly a point to reopening businesses if they are restricted to half their previous customer base. Open it ALL up. Sick people have wide open empty hospitals all over the country now.
