If it was about being careful, you should consider the possibility that it may also exist elsewhere, and hence avoid crowded places in general B) Just because a new flu-like disease had been reported in China doesn't mean only Chinese people are exposed to it. People travel in and out of China every single day, both foreigners and Chinese nationals. Again, if it was about being careful, the rational thing to do was to avoid crowds in general As I said, avoiding Chinatowns and only Chinatowns is a manifestation of racial discrimination, doesn't matter now or one year ago
