Even if a special exception is made so that Harry is now allowed to wear military uniform at the grandchildren's vigil at the Queen's coffin - it will certainly not change his attitude towards his family, nor stop him from being publicly critical of them or exposing them in his supposedly "tell all" book. So from the royal family's point of view, nothing at all will be gained from Harry by making that special exception for him - because he will in no way show his gratefulness for it. And as the majority of the other grandchildren at that vigil will not be in military uniform either (except for William) - there really seems to be very little point in going to all that trouble of making a special exception for him so he wear his uniform at that event.

  2. Yet Harry so often behaves like a petulant little 2 year old - so I would probably refer to him as a "boy" as well - unless he can consistently actually behave like an adult.
