Somebody tells me this was supposed to be an action flickr starring Rot Dupuis instead of JCVD (hence why the leading protagonist is a French-Canadian cop from Quebec) , but as per usual Dupuis screwed up (hence why the leading protagonist has the most Franco-Belgian accent I have ever heard from a French-Quebecker) .
