Your analysis is captivating. But I beg to disagree strongly on six premices:
1) Eren is fully capable of willful malice. He has proven it many times over.
2) Inherently, Eren's Rumbling plan wasn't twistedly selfless but selfish in nature in a Freudian sense of the word. Eren's view is very infantile. As a matter-of-fact, Eren never really did evolve as a character in the duration of both the entire manga run and show. He's still the exact same twisted kid we've seen from Episode 1;
3) Ymir choose not to talk. She's virtually nigh-omniscient in this astral dimension in which both she and the Paths are trapped in, as she possess the sum of the knowledge of all of her descendants on a genetic and spiritual levels.
-- and presumably across countless numbers of alternate timelines/alternate realities/universes.
Nevertheless, she choose to comply to the meek child form she had when she was a slave because she was bound to the twisted love she had gor King Fritz:
4) Ymir is NOT a victim any longer from the moment she became one with the Paths. Ymir is capable of some degree of misanthropic grudge and malice toward both the rest of Mankind AND her own race/children, the Eldians;
5) Neither Eren nor Ymir fully possesses a sense of freewill. Eren is bound to the will of Ymir: he's her avataree of sorts, and Mikasa the vessel of their experiments and reflection of Ymir's own desire to understand what love is (think about Mikasa being Trinity to Eren's Neo) and how far can she let it go of it for the sake of herself and of the greater good.
But... nevertheless, both Eren and Ymir aren't fully bound neither. They have a choice. Only... to what expense??
And 6) Ultimately, the mastermind of all of that evil is, ironically, the only charactee that is neither truthfully malicipus or malevolent nor benevolent-- e.g. the Source of All Living Matter or Beast of the Earth. It somehow manipulated Ymir to exert its will-- ans the creature's directive is to live no matter what... only, to which extent does the entity's obscure intentions were divine or demonic in nature?? To which extent it was due to Eren's (and thus by extension, to Ymir's) 's corruptive reteoactive influence upon the creature across the time loop?? But whom made Eren?? Who made Ymir??? Who made King Fritz, the Eldians and the Mahr?? Who made Men??? Who made Life... it's paradoxical.
Mayhaps we'll never know.
