  2. Hi from Russia. The world stage filled with the new powers, who doesn't have any serious experience to handling things of global importance. Lack of competent elites is understandable, we talk about former Western colonies and such. Mr. Jaishankar is a rare exception, it will probably takes a 20-30 years until we will see a stream of competent intellectuals and practitioners from the former Third World. Rome wasn't built in a day, you know.
