  1. ​​​​ @stevepluto4999  Hi from Russia. Let me put it this way: Russians and Poles are mortal foes for ages, and need no special reason to harm each other. And yes, Poland is the only external power who have a legal claims on some Russian lands. You may say these lands ceased to be Russian long ago - so what? It not make them Polish. Contested territory, that's it. But the bottom line - I do not care if Soviet actions in 1939 were justified or not. We have a famous war song, with lines "You don't have to be merciful on us, because we show no mercy to anyone we fought." Relations between Russia and some of our Western neighbors are not a virtue contest and never was. Sit quiet and we let you live.

  4.  @piomal2232  Rivals , mortal enemies.. whatever. I don't care about exact definition. We both know the history, right? So we cannot single out specific events i.e Katyn massacre - its all parts of the same story. This is my point.

  5.  @aleksanderkorecki7887  Yeah, I not deny it. Poland maintain a strong presence in these lands, sure. But you should understand - Russia is unique entity because ancient Rus was formed in the wild. I mean - there was no other states before, these lands not taken from anyone. So Russians have a different perception of what is ours and what is not. Europeans cant get it, because in Europe every chunk of territory switching hands at least once or twice. While we live in space which always was Russian and Russian only. Poles may think the Western Ukraine is theirs, by "law". But because we were there before Poles, and nobody was there before us - for us these lands a part of Rus
