  2. You'd do well to study theater. From classical Elizabethan (Shakespearean?) to modern Vaudevillean routines... You could even benefit from checking out street performers as they've evolved their "craft" through the ages. I point this out, because even that this (thread and video) is dealing with a more group-conversation setting, theatrical techniques do help with regular interactions... Right down to "sounding like you deserve to be heard", and not muffling yourself... And you just pointed out the physical interaction principle/technique often engaged in street-performance. :o)
