That would be an actual useful way to use ai but I think it's a lot harder for them to program a robot to have human-like dexterity than programming it just to mix pixels together

when I imagined the future I always knew that ai would replace us humans but I always thought it would replace the most manual labors not the creative ones this only will enable companies to further abuse their animators don't be fooled after all a machine can do it for you 🤦‍♀

At this point the AI wont replace artist argument it's just bejond noncence what is the freaking purpose of faking a speed paint But to scam people? As an aspirin artist I feel robbed from my artistic carrier PS: I don't 100% hate AI I don't mind when it is used for sh1tp0st1ng and memes

I think the same I really enjoy the process of creating art drawing painting etc but you would be surprised how many people would always choose the easiest way if available

@enigmence you need skills to drive a car and in a way cars did end up making people lazy I know people who uses their cars to go everywhere even though if it is nearby and they can get there by just walking

@onlyyoucanstopevil9024 what are you talking about? smarthphones already makes people lazy dont you know how much time an average person spends in their phones? and im not gonna sound like a boomer I admit that im guilty of doing what I critique because the very reason why im not an artist yet its because when I wasnt in my phone doing those silly tiktok dance I used to be studying or working so I never had time to practice drawing ( or at least that is what I used to tell myself to cope )

@theogillan5510 I'd like to difer with you here there are stuff that don't need to be made more accessible because they already were accessible enough before AI and one of those things is art without AI we were already getting bad remakes and reboots and stupid spin offs like teen titans go or total drama-rama imagine what a machine that it's sole purpose it's to copy can do

@Mothflesh I'm not ignoring the good parts If I just said in a way phones make people lazy a smartphones can be a rather useful tool but most people uses them in a unproductive way including me 😅 AI in anther hand there is no way for artist to take advantage of it if the output it generates its stolen it wont create new jobs AI came to take them away that is the difference between a smartphones and AI

@urbanyouths while I agree some anime were rather repetitive In art style before AI mangas like berserker will never be successfully animated no even by AI plus it is no like those animators are low skilled those animators are usually overworked and underpayed AI will just enable studios like mappa to further abuse them because if a machine can do it for them them their job loose value

@this.is.lapc506 yeah but it's not as accessible as AI art not all delivery uses drones and not all supermarkets use robotic cashiers and the self driver cars are proven to be a massive failure so deliveries cashiers and public transport drivers are still needed as for artists we might as well get replaced by AI if we let if happen besides I've never seen the first robot trash collector
