  8. Jesus said the Father was within... not "out there". We return to the Father just as Cause and Effect. The Son (Effect) returns to the Father (Cause) and we attain "Self Knowledge". Repentance is 20-20 hindsight or the return to Self knowledge and abandonment of the Ego extraction. The Founding Fathers by wanting us to have Self knowledge also wanted "Self Rule" which is decentralized power kept locally with The People. So if you understood "god" correctly you would see that the Founding Fathers wanted The People to avoid foreign entanglements and instead focus on Self knowledge and localized power. It all fits. "God" the Father is representative of a Free People not caught up in globalist problems. The Father (god) is Self knowledge and the repentance of Ego illusion and foreign entanglements.
