  1. You totally understand it. But isn't the real problem that too many have no knowledge of Freedom being the separate Sovereign Person as opposed to the Virtual Reality of the Citizen? We must "repent" from the abstract Ego (Citizen) identity and return to the real which is the Self. Socrates would say: "Know Thy Self"... and that is what is missing today. People know their ego programming but not the Self.
