  1. The GMO is no serious threat... it's the Glyphosate "herbacide" that does the damage to human gut bacterial cultures. Glyphosate does not break down quickly and can stay in the soil unreduced for months and years. I don't know the specifics of this bill... so I'd need more evidence to really have a strong opinion on it. By your description this seems to be about "overspray" that can drift across regions. (a valid, but far less serious issue)
