  7.  @labgirl3501  Consider: (1) Karma (2) Cause and Effect (3) The Trivium Method (7) The Hermetic Laws (10) The Kabbalah So things flow from unmanifested to manifested right? If you want unity of thought (non-duality) you think in terms of Karma. (1) Cause and Effect is duality... there are two aspects. (2) The Trivium Method three aspects. (3) Hermetic Laws is seven. (7) Kabbalah is ten. (10) --------------- So you look at a problem and ask yourself: "What level of understanding will I use today?" Does the situation warrant simple Duality? Or is this more complex and requires Kabbalah or the Hermetic Laws? ----------------- Think how this all unfolded. Genesis in the original Torah in Hebrew told the story of the Garden of Eden that introduces us in a simplified way to how the Kabbalah works. The Jews added the Talmud (derivative of the Torah) and the Zohar. (derivative of Kabbalah) Christians derived their Old Testament through a very rough and simplified translation of the Torah into English which loses half the meaning. Muslims spun the stories off into other directions. Newer religious sects spun things further and further and further out. Pretty soon no one remembers the Kabbalah, the Sephiroth, the Tree of Life which was the seed for all of it. The goal is to "Repent" which translates to "Crawl Back". We must think in terms of "Before". Self comes into existence before Ego. Cause comes before Effect. Father comes before Son. The "tools" for repentance are these various disciplines. They are in a sense all correct and all wrong at the same time. Pick the spiritual "tool" that best fits the task you are looking into. Anyway... that's my view of it.
