Try visiting a space based video such as the moon landings, a video that has nothing to do with the shape of the Earth, and see how many flat Earth believers you find trolling those videos to post nothing but insults :-| So the idea that it's on one side more than the other is wrong.

That's just a list of unsubstantiated nonsense my friend, where you're blindly believing everything other flat Earth believers tell you without question :-) For example, you said "Earth is either flat or a 4th dimensional shape..." Er no, Earth is a GLOBE and there's a relatively simple way to prove it. Can you find an accurate flat map of your town/city where we can measure the distance between ANY two locations or measure the distance along ANY route on your map and use that to calculate the correct distance in miles in the real world? The answer to that question is yes, we can ALL find such maps for our towns and cities. So where's the accurate flat map of the Earth for which we can do the same? If the Earth was flat then creating such a map should have been child's play, and yet it doesn't exist :-) In contrast, take an accurate globe of the Earth (a decent globe doesn't cost too much), measure the distance between ANY two locations or along ANY route on that globe and we can work out the correct distance in miles in the real world! So to claim the Earth is not shaped like a globe, you need to provide another shape for which the map of the Earth offers accurate distances for ANY two locations or route chosen. Until then, that evidence alone is enough to prove the map of the Earth arranged around a globe is accurate, it works, it has worked for centuries, and therefore the globe is the correct shape of the Earth.

And yet one of my oldest friends is a flat Earth believer (I thought he was only joking at first until he got angry with my responses), therefore the idea that only 100 are real and the rest are just pretending is false :-)

The issue is NOT the distance, it's the angle of the surface relative to the sun. If you place a box in the sun where one side is directly facing the sun and the other is a fraction less than 90 degrees to the sun, do you deny that the surface differently facing the sun would be warmer than the surface edge on to the sun? :-)

No Pnp, he's right. The example I use is water in weightless conditions, where (say) a cup of water will pull itself into a ball in weightless conditions (such as on the ISS), it never flattens out. But if that same water is subject to the pull of gravity again, then it will appear to 'level' out. So the irony is, the claim that 'water finds it's level' is due to the same force of gravity that flat Earth believers deny :-)

Because there are a number of versions out there and yet none of you seem to be able to make up your minds. For example; - Does your flat Earth have a firmament dome? If yes, then exactly how high is it? If no, then why do some claim there's a dome enclosing the Earth? - Does your flat Earth end at the wall of ice? If no, then how far does the land go beyond the wall? Why do some say it ends at the wall? - Is the sun and moon in your flat Earth shaped like discs or balls? - How far away is the sun and the moon in your flat Earth? - Can you provide an accurate flat map of your flat Earth? A map where all the countries are the correct shapes and the correct sizes and where all the distances are correct as they are on the actual Globe of the Earth? Just to make sure we're all on the same flat page ;-)

@haileyjademeller3122 - Are you a kid who is unaware that people create channels and videos to attack all kinds of conspiracy theories and have done so for MANY years? In fact, long before the world wide web, people were arguing against conspiracy theories on bulletin boards. So the idea that if people attack something then it must be true is very naive, it really is, and the assumption that anyone who actively disagrees with a conspiracy theory are being paid to do so is childish :-) Grow up.

@benjihunter4502 - In weightless conditions water tends towards a ball, it NEVER flattens out. And have you personally observed the edge of your claimed flat Earth? No. So don't ask others for the kind of experiences you've never had yourself.

You see, the distance of the moon can be (and has been) measured by amateur radio enthusiasts bouncing radio signals off the moon! Google search: 'Moonbounce', for example; searchnetworking.techtarget.com/definition/moonbounce We know radio signals travels at the speed of light, therefore by measuring the delay in the signal reflected back we can work out the distance with reasonable accuracy, and it's consistent with an object around 240,000 miles away, not an object a mere 3000 miles away as claimed by flat Earth theorists. That's a SOLID experiment within reach of flat Earth theorists/believers to establish the 'real' distance of the moon, an experiment that can be tested over and over and over again. Surely at least ONE flat Earth theorist/believer worldwide has the expertise (or knows someone who has the expertise) to carry out that experiment? So can you guess why no flat Earth believer will ever carry it out that experiment? ;-)

Come on, really? :-) Do you say the same about alien abductions and alien based UFOs, about concave/hollow Earth, about ghosts/spirits, about paranormal powers etc? By your logic, all must be true because so many people try to disprove it, right? :-)

@calvinzundel5725 - The fact that you quickly jumped onto false claims about Apollo says it all, and all you've demonstrated here is that you blindly believe conspiracy theorists without question ! I'm not trying to convert you or convince you, I'm simply countering the claims you're parroting and asking you to explain the flat Earth you say you believe. For example, you said "why else would every country in the world sign an agreement to not allow private exploration of antiartica?" WRONG! That treaty is about PROTECTING the last unspoiled continent on Earth, where without it Antarctica would have been FULL of rigs drilling for oil by now and large areas would have been ruined by mining and other demands for resources by numerous nations. However, if YOU have the cash, then YOU can book yourself onto a tour of Antarctica right now, including visiting the South Pole, a location on the Earth that flat Earth theorists claim to not exist! For example: Google Search: Antarctica Tours, and tell me what you find. So try thinking for yourself and doing your own research instead of blindly swallowing all the bile poured out by conspiracy theorists while convincing yourself it's Champagne.

Oh, would that be yet another flat Earth 'model' that conveniently leaves out the planets and hence has no explanation for why Venus and Mercury would sometimes be seen to pass in front of the sun? :-)

Actually yes, and the fact that you acknowledge there would be a temperature difference based upon the angle makes my point, since you are in no position to claim how much that difference would be in my example, much less on a planetary scale. As for your question, I'll leave you to discuss that with others here.
