Have a look at NASA's budget over the years and see if you can spot what made the moon landings possible and what made them stop; upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/09/NASA-Budget-Federal.svg

@mikehengstebeck2647 - Any fool can cry fake, it takes no intelligence at all, but if you want to take an intelligent approach then you need to PROVE something is fake. So present your evidence please :-) The images Slider321 is actually referring to were those taken by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) back in 2009 and then again in 2011 in orbit around the moon, for example; www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTeM4ZqEKR4 But it's not just NASA, China ALSO confirmed seeing the craft at the Apollo landing sites with their orbiter called Chang'e 2; www.universetoday.com/93375/china-unveils-high-resolution-global-moon-map/ Quote: "In fact the maps are detailed enough that Chinese scientists were able to detect traces of the Apollo landers, said Yan Jun, chief application scientist for China’s lunar exploration project." So are China in on conspiracy too? :-)

@mikehengstebeck2647 - Don't be so completely ignorant :-) China build their own rockets and spacecraft and hence sent one of their spacecraft into orbit around the moon to photograph the surface (in preparation for their future missions), and hence THAT is the mission in the link I provided, where China CONFIRMED seeing the Apollo craft at the landing sites in their photos. So why the denial. Why the reply that I would have expected from a 5 year old with no understanding of how the world works? Japan's Kaguya mission has NOTHING to do with the LRO or Chang'e 2, they are ALL independent space missions from the USA, Japan and China, so again why are you using the logic of a 5 year old and pretending that the LRO and Chang'e 2 has any connection with Kaguya?

@mikehengstebeck2647 - You said "Japanese said they could not see any thing in the places where we said we landed" Thank you for proving your ignorance, since Kaguya was not capable of seeing the Apollo landers! Kaguya had a best resolution on the lunar surface of 10m per pixel, i.e. it could see objects as small as 33 feet in diameter. The body of the Lunar Module had a diameter of just 4.22 meters, far too small to be seen by Kaguya. Even when you add the comparatively thin landing gear it's still only 9.2 meters, so again too small to be seen by Kaguya. In contrast the LRO achieved 0.3 meters per pixel and China's Chang'e 2 achieved a best resolution of 1.3 meters per pixel, small enough to detect the 4.22 meter Lunar Modules. So once again you prove your ignorance. But still, thanks for the laugh kid, and in future I suggest you stick to discussing topics that you actually understand :-)

@mikehengstebeck2647 - Thank you for proving my point so perfectly. :-)

Actually we know men landed on the moon 6 times from 1969 to 1972. Get over it :-)

@mesafintfanuel3627 - Actually I do know because of the evidence, just as I know people have climbed Mount Everest and people have reached the North and South Poles and people have reached the lowest point in Earth's ocean called the Mariana trench, all because of the evidence. And if you want to reject evidence from NASA because you think it was a hoax, all because "they" (conspiracy theorists) told you so and you believe them, then read the following third party evidence of the moon landings; en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third-party_evidence_for_Apollo_Moon_landings And before you cry out "Wikipedia!" take note of the original sources for all that information in the Citations and Reference sections at the bottom of the page. Any questions? :-)

Hi, I think you replied as a new comment in error (instead of replying to the hoax believer in that thread) :-) But no problem, as it happens, I posted the same link as you and I added the following... ...It's not just NASA, China ALSO confirmed seeing the craft at the Apollo landing sites with their orbiter called Chang'e 2; www.universetoday.com/93375/china-unveils-high-resolution-global-moon-map/ Quote: "In fact the maps are detailed enough that Chinese scientists were able to detect traces of the Apollo landers, said Yan Jun, chief application scientist for China’s lunar exploration project."
