Apparently, the president has the power to declassify any document, and as I understand it, there is no formal process for doing so, therefore it can be argued that all he has to do is think about it. Yes, seems a bit of a stretch, but not necessarily incorrect.

It's obviously rhetoric, but then legal scholar Alan Dershowitz said in an interview that the chief judge in the New York court of appeals once said "prosecutors can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich", and Dershowitz was citing that favourably, i.e. he agreed. In a comment posted in these comments nine minutes after yours, jmnightingale9055, claiming to be a retired attorney and citing Dershowitz, said that he agreed.

@CMDRRustyDog "Well I don't believe in a god because there is no evidence to support the claim that he exists." I don't believe that claim (of no God) because there is no evidence that you have no evidence. I have asked many atheists for their evidence of a lack of evidence, and .... crickets. "Non-existent until proven otherwise. :)" It's been proven over and over. So what's your evidence for your claim?
