  2.  @jecos1966  Second attempt to post "It was a free event so it is very hard to work out how many turn up" Being a free event makes it very hard to work out exact numbers, but a good estimate can still be made. The number of seats would be known, so you only have to make a good estimate of the number of standees (or empty seats). I used to count passengers on trains, and I knew how many seats, so only had to count the number of empty seats or number of people standing, and if it was too full to count them, I knew roughly how many it would take to make it that full.
