Actually, it's what often happens when you lose a war, but the principle is true. The Arabs lost the war they started, so have no reason to complain.

@bigtimepimpin666 "Just look at January 6." Your comment was a good one until you made that silly comparison.

@iggymach "...Christianity dates back to mid-first century AD, while Judaism started around 1800 BC..." Judaism could be described as a formalised (around 1500 BC if you count it from Moses) worship of the creator, the God of Abraham, Noah, and Adam, and as such dates back to creation. Judaism had/has an expectation of a coming messiah, and Jesus was that messiah, so Christianity was not a new religion, but a fulfilment of Judaism, and as such can trace its origins back to creation also.

@avibhagan "So it was done to you, so it's okay for you to do it to others?" Something he never said.

@@James_Willow "Jewish literature literally says Israelites invaded and conquered Canaan. You don't occupy land that you're native too. So even thousands of years ago Israelis were occupiers." It's not that simple. Israel himself and his family settled somewhere in that area (I'm not sure exactly where), but then moved to Egypt partly because of a famine where he was. About 200+ years later, the (now large) group of them left Egypt, and a bit later took over Canaan. However, the difference to other "occupiers" is that the Israelites were given the land by God. "ALSO.....Jeruselum is sacred to Christians, Muslims and Jews,..." Why is it sacred to Muslims? Is it this video that points out that the Qur'an doesn't even mention Jerusalem? "...so why is Israel claiming the area for themselves..." Because it's their land, given them by God. "...and everyone else is 2nd class citizens?" They don't treat everyone else as second-class citizens. That's why they have Arab politicians and judges, for example.

@Jdudec367 "Except they never started it" False. Israel didn't attack. Israel was attacked. "who did the land belong to before that if that's true?" It's not true. The land was given back to the Jews. It had been controlled by the Ottoman Empire before that (although there were Jews there then), and before that by other Muslim groups after they conquered the land in the 7th Century, and before that by the Romans (as a Jewish province), and before that, by the Jews themselves.

@Jdudec367 "No they stole the land first." False. Or can you provide evidence? "Israel then forcefully removed many Palestinians from their own country." False again. To this very day, there are Arabs living and working in Israel, including being in Parliament. "No it was stolen and given to them." First you claim that they stole the land, then you claim that it was given to them! You can't seem to make up your mind. "That wasn't what the gaza strip and other Palestine land originated as though." What do you mean by "Palestine land"? There was never a country called Palestine. The people living in Gaza are Arabs.

@Jdudec367 "Can you prove it belonged to the jews first?" Read a Bible. "Yeah you can't really prove it's false." So that's an admission that you have no evidence. "There being some in Israel doesn't mean none of them were forcefully moved frrom their home locations though." True. But given that there are plenty there, what's your evidence and logic that others were forced out? "I can make up my mind, it was stolen and given to Israel who further took it." They took what they were given? And who "stole" it? The British, as a result of winning a war? Or the Ottomans before them? Or other Muslims before them? How far back do you want to go? "There was a county called Palestine" Evidence please. There was never a country called Palestine. The name was given to the area by the Romans to annoy the Jews who were living there. "... and even before that the land there still existed." Of course. "Yeah they are arabs your point?" That's a more accurate name than "Palestinians", which can include Jews, and which includes the occupiers of the lands all around Israel, which only has a tiny bit of the land, and which you want to begrudge them even that little bit.

@theostanley2239 "yes and evolution/progress/God relieved the Jews of the land." No, it was the Romans who did that. "Trying to imply that the Jews belong there are just ignorant." Given that God gave them the land, why is that just ignorance?

@Heshem_Joel "I thought there was a Philistine for centuries before it became Hebrew land" Not sure about centuries, but yes, that's correct. But I think kjc7134 was referring to the Palestinians, not the Jews. "2500 to 3000 years of roaming and departure, you've defaulted the land tittle." Not if it wasn't your choice to leave.
