Blame Game: 50% on Mother Nature (good luck bringing her to court), 15% on federal government for perpetuating Global Warming when we are in a GSM, 15% on state government for not specifying a power system capable of handling recent/unprecedented weather conditions, 15% on public for using electricity at SUV-levels and wanting it at the cheapest rate, 5% on power generators (unless they failed to design their system for expected weather conditions), 0% ERCOT (electricity cops). Bottom line, if we wanted a system capable of handling GSM winters, get ready to stretch your wallets a bit wider.
