  1. If you're a distress corporation, FED will buy your worthless, over-priced assets and give you freshly, minted dollars. This allows CEOs to deploy the golden parachute after buying back their company stock, driving it to new highs before the crash and bankruptcy. And guess who ends up holding the empty $7T bag at the FED's vault (hint, it's not the FED).
