  1. Well in Europe I encounter some left and middle lane blockers moving slow that won't move to the right where there is a lot of free spaces. If they are not for a next exit and it is busy rushtime traffic, ok understandable, but when it's not, just move to the right lane..

  2. In Europe everybody is required to blink and move lane to lane, not in one go.
