  4. Manual is so much more engaging and you feel the car. But yes, US has large wide roads and parking lots for huge cars where in urban Europe it is very tight.

  7. In the Netherlands we have very few roadrages, but won't escalate that much. But we follow rules very stricly due to surveilance and hidden flashcams. Before you know it, you get a ticket. If a new driver manage to register 6 fines, they will get their license revoked. We sometimes use the left lane during rushhour to reduce traffic jam near merge lane or with the knowledge there will be a split.

  8. Lol that EU door shown here is exceptional. Usually we just have half that thickness with high quality painted wood and 2 deadlocks. Sometimes additional top and bottom locks. But the wooden doors and frame can last like more than 50 years. Also we don't have turn handles on the outside, instead the key should unlock with some leverage and then you push the door open.

  9. Private leasing a decent hatchback costs around 500 buks a month including insurance, taxes and stuff. 60 buks each quarter for parkingzone tax and fuel is 4 buks a gallon.

  12. I once ate at a restaurant which served scallops. I immediately knew it was fake, no threads just like some kind of seafood sausage cut in a shape of a scallop. I didn't want to make a scene because it was a company xmas dinner.

  13. Well in some EU countries insurance policy is mandatory by law. Not cheap though around 150 buks per month with an upfront cost of max 300 buks per year you have to pay first before after that it is free.
