  1. Lol not all chinatown shops are authentic, especially souvenirshops. Usually they use soda to soften beef and chicken filet, which gives it a spungy texture.. why they do that is unclear. I have to warn people, in Antwerp in Belgium.. avoid the Chinese retaurant. It was the worst experience in my life... the food tastes off (tofu is sour) and everything was smelly as if it was contaminated by a very dirty kitchen towel.
