Roe v Wade was about more than getting an abortion. It was about the right to make decisions about your own body. Now the Terry Schiavo case will be decided differently. Now theocratic state govts will be able to force citizens to get all kinds of "medical" procedures at the whims of perverted state legislators.

@DavinderSingh-zr9fn .. False. It goes further than passing it back to the states. 30 states already have trigger laws to ban abortion if Roe was ever overturned. The 14th Amendment makes very clear that only the BORN have rights under the US Constitution. Roe covers more than just abortion. Roe covered a woman's (and men's) right to choose what she\he does with their body.

@thedissidentleftist6997 .. There are laws still on the books in almost all of the 26 red states that were passed before Roe v Wade. Those laws outlaw abortion. Kentucky is moving left.
