  2. Albright did not commit any war crimes. There were no wars during her term as SoS and the SoS does not have the authority to take actions that could be called a war crime.

Chomsky reasoned from publicly known information which caused his claims to be proven false. Chomsky also makes some very weak cases that blame US presidents for the actions of foreign govts. Those degrees of separation show Chomsky is stretching. Chomsky also uses false premises to reason from. Using the same standards as Nuremberg, of which some were flawed, does not prove the claim that the U.S. president committed war crimes. Chomsky also makes up his own definitions for warfare that create straw man arguments.

Pelletiere of the CIA proved it and was prepared to testify at Saddam's trial but the Iraqis dropped the charge that Saddam gassed the Kurds. The DNA strain showed the gas was made by the USSR which meant it was Iran that gassed the Kurds.
