  1. This decision is why Pelosi and Schumer should have expelled the republican party from congress for taking part in the Jan 6 Insurrection. There would be no need to change the filibuster rule in the senate because democrats would have the 2/3rds majority even if republicans Manchin and Sinema vote against cloture. That would have allowed democrats to pass every piece of legislation needed to save America from being run by racist Christian nationalists that have infiltrated the branches of the US govt.
