  2. Democrats should have expelled every republican that voted to not certify the election on Jan 7th 2021. Democrats should have expelled all republicans that voted not to impeach in 2020. We need a Reconstruction 2.0 except this time none of the people that supported the Insurrection against the US govt get to come back to DC. Keep refusing to seat republicans until the conspiracy theory racist insurrectionists have been driven out of the republican party. Each republican would need to be vetted by the FBI and the intelligence agencies before being seated.

Democrats would just not seat them in congress. Yes. The current members can refuse to allow new members to be a part of the congress. That is what should have happened in Jan 2021. The obvious characters should have been denied by congress.
