You made up a FAKE set of people "50 MILLION NEGLIGENT "FAMILIES"" ... 1) Learn what negligent means and get back to us and 2) I'll help you since English is clearly not your 1st language .. "Irresponsible" ... but even that is FALSE. Providing a child tax credit for poor working families has been proven to lift the overall economy and help many families move out of poverty. You have the IQ of a grapefruit.
