I don't support the reasoning behind the decision in Roe v Wade because the USSC decision introduced the viability standard into the abortion debate. The viability argument opened the door to giving fetuses rights like the personhood bill Clown boy Masters supports. The 2004 Unborn victims' rights bill is Unconstitutional since a being can only be assigned rights at birth under the 14th Amendment. I support women ending a pregnancy at any time during the pregnancy before birth for any reason.

@startledmilk6670 .. Medical Science and the US Constitution there is no "person" until birth. The viability argument is made by clowns trying to harvest a fetus early so they can advance their personal or religious view.

No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. =========== The 14th Amendment says unborn fetuses do not have rights under the US Constitution. Killing a born human with rights assigned under the US Constitution is life in prison. The unconstitutional 2004 Victims of Violence bill assigns the same rights to a fetus that a born human possesses since the punishment for killing a fetus in utero has the same life imprisonment sentence. You can't treat fetuses (zero rights) the same as born humans (rights assigned under the 14th Amendment) for sentencing since you have to be born to have rights under the US Constitution. Fetuses can't be given the right to be born under the law since there would be a conflict between the 14th Amendment and whatever law granted rights to fetuses. Laws can be written for injuring the mother while pregnant but no one should be charged or sentenced for killing a fetus. That would bring all killing of the fetus for any reason into question. Even when the mother terminates the pregnancy with an abortion. The fetus is just a part of the woman's body until born. Your Trump Univ. law degree FAILED you again.
