  11. some minerals are best found in greens, there are greens powders but she doesn't really go into them for those of us repulsed by vegetables. I love carnivore too but she praises Mediterranean diet for the minerals in greens and CHEESE after meals as protective

  13.  @SunrayStar  she says on the bootcamp module 2 comment section that the ACT step of sodium fluoride works better in an acidic environment so it needs to be acidic in order to work best, like acidic mouths, including alternatives containing a little citric acid in the rinse being fine by her, so how does that match your comment? confused because if acidic is bad, why does the ACT cause that?

  21. had braces as a kid also, now get translucency, but my situation is more complex than yours. you could just ask her on the bootcamp comment section of teachable about this then please tell me the answer? she answers there I noticed
