do your teeth look whiter and feel smoother now, than before with the HPA paste? she says elsewhere HPA can form 'plugs' on the teeth in module 2 of her camp classes so maybe that is what you felt slough off? is it better now versus before though?

lots of vegetables, including collard greens. even a greens powder in your diet, it will end up in your blood then saliva as minerals.
