Somatic narcissism is covered by Dr Vaknin on this site, and the psychopath HG Tudor also dissects the type in several instances. Histrionic personality disorder however is the most common among the PUA set, which literally craves seduction and a devalue/discard cycle they call pump and dump. NPD has the same thing. Borderline males are a little different and betray before they are betrayed, making it a self-fulfilling prophecy and those ones are prone to revenge fantasies. These people are not normal and don't represent either sex in a healthy normal manner. The crazies are very loud. BPD males are prone to splitting behaviour of thinking women are either saints or Satan, for example. It's fish-bicycle rhetoric for men to pad out the pockets of some e-book pushing twits.
