  4. So, the scenario outlined by the al Jazeera broadcasters makes it plain that fault of the three persons killed is with Hamas. The LOLW states that prisoners must be safeguarded from harm. The Hammies did not do that and are thus at fault.

Camps that are either marked POW or EPW on the roof. Also, the international Red Cross or Red Crescent must be given access. Without those two criteria it must be established the Hammys bear the fault of these three deaths.

  7.  @brendasmart553  they absolutely apply. In WWII the USArmy fought the early campaigns against a numerically superior Japanese force in the Philippines. Douglas MacArthur was posed the problem of moving his forces into Manila and using the city to grind the Japanese down, but also destroying the city and its civilian inhabitants. He chose to declare Manila an open city and move his forces to Bataan and fight a less effective battle. In the end his forces were destroyed. He had honor and followed the LoLW. The Hammys don't, and wont.
