I lived all over the world, and in some of the nastiest places you could imagine. I have worked with many of the Arab nations and also was assigned to work with the IDF 2 times. I have not witnessed what you speak of, nor have you. I HAVE witnessed such atrocities by the various terrorist groups in the region. THAT is where the targeting of children is purposeful.
