@annamric6597 Guess what? In recent history they are. But in reality the bad guy in movies now is always some sort of neo Nazi INSTEAD of a guy like Abu Sabaya, Khaddaffy Janjalani, Isnalon Hapilon etc.

@Kate-fd5ni explain?
3
@gracevicki3983 concur with that.
3
@M3G4TR0NU5 what they did? Probably nothing. But the men in their homes firing RPGs out the window at the IDF while wearing civilian clothes.? They did it all

@MrBoy-mk3sn just spent 20 minutes illustrating parallels between Yom Kippur War of 1973 and the 7 October 2023 Yom Kippur attack. Focusing on tactics. Using ultralight, and minimal manning conditions. But the analysis triggered something and it was censored....
2
@MrBoy-mk3sn let's see if further details can make it through. Ultrlight aircraft such as paragliders are difficult to spot from high altitude. If you have time and lack of effective fire any obstacle can be breached. I imagine the prevailing notion on the eve of Yom kippur was that if anything was going to happen it would be the Hammys firing rockets rather than a ground attack. Let's see if that makes it through...
2
@MrBoy-mk3sn Specifically. The hammys did not parachute per se, but rather used motorized parafoils to fly the short distance over the wall and into IDF rear areas. Probably never got higher than 100 feet above ground.
2
@movimentoamazonialivre9838 well people who can tell what happened logically did survive. Because the dead can not speak of course.
2
@chompythebeast Okay, let's work on the logic behind this statement. What Genome is specifically being eradicated by the IDF actions? And if a Genome is being eradicated how is the US actively involved? Supplying food from the over the shore pier that Hamas is looting as it comes a shore? Is that a genocidal activity?

@NHussein-yr8st Prior to 1948 the transjordan area as it was called was owned by a pair of empires. (Ottoman and British). The first chance it had as an independent nation is what was decided in 1948. When Isreal was constituted in 1948 the government that was established allowed for Jews, Christians, and Muslims to be citizens. The surrounding Arab nations asked the Arab residents to evacuate so they could have an unobstructed way to attack the state of Isreal. Some did, some did not. Those who left became refugees destined to wander the Arab world. Those who stayed became loyal Isreali citizens. When I was TDY to Isreal back in the 90s I met some Arab muslim members of the IDF. Amongst Isreali society there is more peace between the Isreali Muslims and Jews than there is between the Jews and the hyper conservative jews.

@coffeelover5134 you mean people with dual citizenship? Gee, in that case I served with (just from memory): Uzbekistanis Saudis Russians Pakistanis Irish Scottish English A crazed Frenchman Canadians Mexicans by the score, including an entire infantry squad of nothing else. Columbians An Argentinian South African Belgian Germans. Pole Dane. Norwegian Spain Algerian guy who translated French for us when dealing with them. The French tended to refuse to speak English. Senegalese. Oh Italians and Sicilians who refused to be called Italians. A Swiss guy.. I am certain I will remember more.. A veritable united nations in in my 24 years in the US Army. What was your point again?

US troops fighting in Gaza? And you guys believe this crap?
2
@razzaquemerchant5184 that doesn't even make sense.
1
@taoafro1740 well, one thing I would agree with you is that if Joe Biden had not flown an aircraft full of pallets of cash to the Mullahs in Iran. None of this would have happened. So Biden is at fault for enabling the Iranian terrorist leaders to fund Havoc Incorporated.

@MrBoy-mk3sn Oooohhhhhh. I get it. It wasn't Hamas, it was Colonel Mustard in the library with the revolver.....

@pei-sanlai8013 and......?

@MrBoy-mk3sn Did you ever study the history of the Yom Kippur war of October 1973? Syrian and Egypt planned their attack on the high holy day of the Religious calendar. The IDF had the bulk of the troops on leave in the cities rather than on the Golan Heights and Sinai Desert. Intelligence collection was at a low ebb. My best allusion to it is US forces on Christmas Eve. Minimal manning. The IDF in Oct 2023 was in an identical condition. And compounding that is the Hammys had set up a pattern that led people to believe if something came. It would be rockets rather than a ground attack. And the analysts missed indicators changing that perception. Regarding the initial attack, the paragliding element was unexpected and successful in gaining insertion behind IDF lines. The walls were breached and that is when the FAVs came through. Later more hammys came across in light trucks. Key to note that obstacles are only obstacles if they are covered by effective fire, and in this case they were not due to the minimal manning issue. If you have time and horsepower, any obstavle can be breached. Need more analysis?

Hey Sirhan-Sirhan, how you doing?
1
@chompythebeast Would have been happier if I said "Hey, Rashida Tlaib, how you doing?"
1
@moraymac2922 as long as they wear identifiable uniform items to distinguish themselves from civilian non combatants.

Please explain the logic behind this statement.

@torilea8104 Please explain the logic behind this statement.

Exactly what inhumane act has the US done. Be careful to list them.
1
@NHussein-yr8st the US Navy Construction Battalions (SeaBees) are the ones who assemble the pier on the water and move it to the beach. The are not allowed on shore for political reasons. The Hammys shot at them over a week ago and they were not allowed to return fire .
1
@PrioUtomo-jm3xs nonsense.
1
@Dayumboy1014 under the Law of Land Warfare the IDF has not made any significant violation s. They are not purposely killing children as you state. The Hammys are not evacuating the Civil populous as is required of them before setting up a defense so fault lies with Hamas.
1
@Firesword-s4r Funny you should mention it. The people of Vietnam have largely got fond memories of the US. Always happy to meet an American on the street. Privately they are not too happy with the communist party there. I imagine in about eight or ten years you will hear from the Afghanis the same thing where they thought the highlight of the last twenty years was the US presence. The low point in the cities is the Talis who are not thought highly of. The people who fought the US were usually from elsewhere who came to wage Jihad.
1
@coffeelover5134 Has the US Army killed civilians overseas? Sure. At Schweinfurt the US bombed a ball bearing plant and civilians were incidentally killed. At Ploesti the US bombed the oil works and civilians were incidentally killed.. Both of these examples are with keeping of the Law of Land Warfare. At My Lai Vietnam, a company of soldiers went out of control and massacred everyone they could find. That was not in keeping with the Law of Land Warfare and the US Army prosecuted those responsible and they did time for that warcrime. When is Hamas going to prosecute the kidnapping, rape, and murder from 7 October?

@coffeelover5134 Sadly this is the only platform I know. My daughter tls me I am too old to learn new ones🤠

@Nxssxh How do I define bad guys? I guess the beat way is to give examples of bad guy behavior: A.) Abu Sabaya used to kidnap westerners and hold them for ransom. When he didnt get the money he beheaded them. He used to say the Suras in the Koran said that was just fine. B.) A guy named Isnalon Hamilton used to kidnap women and "marry them" raping them until their ransom was paid. He also said the Koran said thats how it should be. C.) Another guy named Jainal Antal Sali used to torture the hostages for pure pleasure and religious reasons. C.) These guys used to sink ferries filled with civilians because they were normally Christians. Since most of the people could not swim they drowned in short order. Yeah, these are what I call Bad guys....

@Nxssxh Getting censored here. You can say what you did about America, but my reply gets deleted. So I will reply in paragraphs to see what does not get past the censors

@Nxssxh D.) These guys used to sink ferries filled with civilians because they were normally Christians. Since most of the people could not swim they drowned in short order
1
@Nxssxh A.) Looks like Abu Sabaya was too heinous a character to get his crimes published. In brief, he kidnapped people and held them for ransom. When the ransom did not come in he Beh--ded them in accordance with his religious teachings in the k0ran.
1
@Nxssxh B.) A guy named Isnalon Hamilton used to kidnap women and "marry them" raping them until their ransom was paid. He also said the K@ran said thats how it should.be

@Nxssxh B.) Another bad guy named Isnalon Hapilon used to kidnap women and "marry them" sexually assaulting them until their ransom was paid. He also said the K0r@n said thats how it should be.

@Nxssxh Being censored for unknown reasons. So individual examples won't cut it? Then let's go to group level for you to research atrocities: 1.) The Abu Sayyaf Group 2) THE Moro Islamic Liberation Front. 3.) The Lasker Jihad. 4.) The Lasker Taibbi 5.) The Jemaah Islamiya 6.) The Misuari Renegade Group. 7.) ISIS. 8.) Al Queda 9.) The Taliban. I am fairly certain any of these will individually provide enough atrocities to far outweigh the US.
1
@Nxssxh my replies over the past two hours have been repetitively censored for unknown reasons...
1
@Nxssxh those replies have left the individual terrorists and focused on the groups themselves. And it keeps deleting them by name.

@chompythebeast Alex Stein will be free?
1
@khanoomgoli148 Because the Hammys are trying to flip the script and blame Isreal for all the things they Hammys did on 7 October.
1
@OnEaNdOnE783 When a prisoner is released they tend to "Shine Bright."
1
@pei-sanlai8013 ...and...
1
@OnEaNdOnE783 What? Fattening someone up as justification for kidnapping? You are kidding right? Almost something out of the Mr Pither sketch in Monty Pythons flying circus. You really don't get it. In the Islamic world kidnapping of innocents is just the price of doing business. Here that gets the bad guys killed....

@TheOsmanly US troops are fighting in Gaza? And do we have space aliens 👽 fighting with us? How about Bat Boy? The rest of the Marvel Multiverse?
