  2. Let me see if i get this straight. 1. The US builds the pier at great exlense to the US Tax Payer. 2. The hammys on shore take potshots at the crews building it. 3. The covoys come ashore and are immediately looted by armed Hammys. 4. And the US is the bad guy in this scenario?
