  1.  @codfusilli5879  nonsense on the quality issue. Sov tanks were and still are crap. They werenintemded to perform in the massive on line movements towards US and western forces that were not realistic. That is becoming more and more obvious as each day goes on. The M60 series tank of the early 1980s had superior night and smoke capable optics that the sovs still have yet to duplicate. We would have stacked the sovs like sandbags at the Fulda River crossing sites.
