Okay, so they are being treated in accordance iwth the Geneva accords and the Laws of Land Warfare? Somehow I dont think Rape is in accordance.
5
Except they don't. How many struck the ministry of Defense in Tel Aviv?
4
@Thunderbolts1028 who forced them out?
3
This is nonsense. Peace only occurs through victory.
3
Hammys are Hammys no matter where they came from.
2
@patchan1467 oooh, that makes me want to go to the Shorebird for a big steak dinner....
2
@frieda3357 Gaza was a defacto state, but the Hammys ruined that
2
Tell that to the 60 or so Hammys who surrendered in North Gaza and were photographed sitting in their boxer shorts.
2
@Sikyu-ye4ns Prior to 1948 the capital was Jordan.
2
Was that a twelve year old boy in a black uniform, waving the green flag on top of the vehicle with the armed Hammies??
2
Face it, he was tryinf to break out when he got zapped. Tryinf to get offshore to that Mad Mullah Money.
2
Note, no military uniform on anyone.

@OmniAlthegreat Show me the imagery of a damaged MoD. It didn't. So you cant....
1
@OmniAlthegreat okay, show me the imagery of the hundreds of IDF casualties lined up in hospitals. There aren't. You cant.
1
@OmniAlthegreat arabs Have always been big on the power of the suspension of disbelief.
1
What they are really worried about is that the Pallys will be deposited on them....
1
THe Hammys?
1
@sk-pd8zw oooooh, some Italian Hummus with warm pizza bread from California Pizza kitchen would be good about now. Wonder if The Hammys meant to name themselves after a bean dip?
1
The pallys owned Gaza. Then they wasted it.
1
@patchan1467 ahhhhh, the shorebird is a great place to get a steak right off the grill.....
1
@OnEaNdOnE783 ....and.....
1
@manottamb so now they are up to 3 BC?
1
Well, the Hammys could have released the hostages on 8 October . But they didn't . At this point one has to assume the Hammys have killed them and are now looking for a way to flee Gaza since the heat is on. Sinwar in particular is wondering how to get out and tal his off shore bank account.
1
@prophetspath.319 narrative? Truthful history is truthful history.
1
@junegoddarddevon8306 do you ever think the Islamic terrorists (Hammys, Hezzies, izzies,Pallys, IRGYs, and Hoots) will ever be fair? Or will they operate on their 7th century AD code of Justice meets graft.
1
Face it, the Mullahs gave the Hammys a bunch of the moron Bidens money and told them: "Hey, slip across the border and murder a whole bunch of people, then kidnap more and it will be 1979 all over again with a year of negotiations for hostages". The Mullahs you see are always reliving their hay day of 1979 against Jimmy Carter. But they were wrong . This action now ensures the destruction of the Hammys. Oops.😮
1
Note that the IDF in the video are wearing their olive drab battle dress uniforms in accordance with the LoLW. Also note that the Hammys are not wearing their spiffy green BDU uniform they march around in in parades. Instead the hammys wear civilian clothes so they or their dead bodies can be misidentified as civilians.
1
Typical arab, justifying piracy. A new daddy is coming 20 January. See Operation Praying Mantis for details.
1
This is just the Mullahs cleaning house. Removing their "Problem Children" as it were.
1
@rcristy Hey, you take fire from Hammys, you return fire. And some times you use overwhelming force. If the Hammys do not follow the restirctions of the law of land warfare and evacuate the civilians before using their building, then it is Hammy fault.
1
@rcristy Hannibal Lecter?

@spaffyjimble2317 you speak as someone who does not understand the inherent concepts of the Laws of Landwarfare. Regardless of who is the supposed owner, the combatant seeking to use the urban terrain to defend against an attack has an inherent responsibility to safely evacuate the civilians from said facilities before setting up a defense. So, letsnimagine I am a Pennsylvanian and I seek to use Philadelphia as a defensive position against attacks from Maryland and Delaware. It is my responsibility to safely evacuate the civilians from Philadelphia before I set up the defenses. If I do not, any casualties encountered are my responsibility. This is regardless of the causality of the war. You will note that during WWII the US and Filipino governments defending the archipelago from Japanese attack very deliberately and quite honorably decalred Manila an open city to prevent carnage to the civilian populous. Instead they moved their defenses to the largely unpopulated Bataan Peninsula where they fought it out. If the Hammys seek to reduce civilian casualties they could declare Rafah an open city and move out to defend an un occupied city. Their choice. Personally, the hammys don't have the stones for it.
1
@spaffyjimble2317 i don't understand the legal requirements? I don't think that is the case. Under the law of land warfare it is the responsibility of the element deciding to defend in civilian facilities to safely evacuate all of the non combatants before endeavoring to defend there. IF they cannot safely evacuate the civilians they are not allowed to defend there. Best example is the US defense of the Philippines in 1942. The US decided they could not safely evacuate the residents of Manila so they declared it an open city and moved to the Bataan peninsula to defend there. Could they have defended Manila and forced significantly more casualties on the Empire if Japan? Undoubtedly. But would not be the right thing to do. Now, the Hammys should either safely evacuate the citizens of Rafah, or declare it an open city and move elsewhere to defend. But they ain't got the stones....
1
@spaffyjimble2317 i don't know the legal requirements? Bubba i used to teach the Law of Land warfare to young officers. I am guessing you are the one who is unfamiliar with it. You never did answer, why won't the Hammys declare Rafah an Open City as asked earlier?

Examine the imagery of the strikenon Nevatim i would say the Iranians "sprayed and Prayed" in their targeting. Of the dozen or so missiles used perhaps one actually damaged something. Saddam had that level of accuracy in 1991. Not precise nor effective.
