  1. Time the Hammys: 1.) Are not wearing uniforms . 2.) Are ambushing from what looks like a civilian use building. Did they successfully evacuate all civilians before assuming their ambush position? If not all civilian casualties are their responsibility.

  2.  @fadyalqaisy  popular resistance unpopular resistance. It don't matter. There are ramifications to people dressed in civilian garb shooting at soldiers. During both Iraq and Afghanistan the US went to Great pains to allow for turbans to be listed as uniform items, though we did not need to. The fact that the Hammys do not evacuate civilians then puts the onus on them when civilians are killed Time for the Pallys to play in the big leagues.
