  1. I think we have to also realize that it's ok to have those feelings, we all have horrible feelings. It doesn't make us bad people. The fact that she didn't like that feeling shows she was a sweet person. I think when we start to beat ourselves up in our minds is when we need to talk it out with someone. If we bottle it up, we just dwell on it and it becomes an ugly secret that can consume us.
