  2. My mother-in-law in Mexico has some of these issues. She just had a sink installed in her kitchen, no hot water though. Before, we'd put the dirty dishes in a basket and wash them outside. I'm used to washing my hands a lot when I cook, so I'd have to trot over to the bathroom every few minutes. They had a sink in there.
