  2.  @nomadcapitalist  The term you were reaching for is (fear and) ‘loathing’ (about Biden). Latin America rents are about double (up to triple, e.g. Philippines) more expensive than SE Asia. Also even the individual Mexican consulates in the USA are hit-and-miss for Americans applying for residency permits. Note the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores is entirely separate from the INM (domestic immigration).
