That is what Americans said back in the early prior century when they told us the unconstitutional income tax would only be for the millionaires. Then they changed it to a payroll deduction tax. Baaa. Baaa.

@Santosdraco777 because you will have too much invested already and inertia will hold you there. Same reason Westerners do not escape their egregiously high tax rates.

@Santosdraco777 I suppose it's a numbers game tho. Some percentage do not up and leave. Slowly tighten the screws. Btw that is why taxes are only paid by the poor. The wealthy have economies-of-scale. Yet they pitch it to voters as they are only going to tax the rich, lol.
