Montenegro another sh8thole. Andrew you seem to like sh8thole countries, such as in SE Asia. My comment about the Nomad Capitalist stating there is no demand for wealthy people to want to live in the USA. And they would prefer EU access with Malta citizenship instead. Or his love of Malaysia. He says Latin America is rising. 🤦
