  1.  @cocksure8430  This is the most logical point I have seen made with respect to rescue costs. I haven't formed an opinion yet, one way or the other ... but it would be a bit ridiculous to only offer rescue services to those who have checked all the boxes with respect to safety and risk. Whose requirements would we follow?
