  1. "They don't incentivize human trafficking as human traffickers aren't interested in citizenship" That has to win the "Obtuse Statement of the Year" award. No duh, but human trafficker profit from trafficking humans who want to get to the US for citizenship ... and abduct some into slavery. The policies create a demand from many people for ways to get them moved across the border, ergo traffickers step in and profit/abuse.
