@scienceofthemagi9750 Have you ever tried suing against a false allegation from a woman? Much easier said than done ... and you better have very deep pockets to finance it. A lot of lawyers won't even touch a case like that. Often times the woman who falsely accuses is considered the "victim" and is thus immune to action. I don't care what "the law" says. This is what judges do. That's in the US however, not in UK. But somehow I don't think it is much different there.

@mr.mayhem7402 Having personally experience false charges, I agree with you 100%. As a man in the US, you will immediately be presumed guilty before there is even a trial... and you must move heaven and earth to prove your innocence. It may be at great financial cost to yourself. No reimbursement will be given afterwards. Your name will be smeared publicly. No apologies or retractions will be given afterwards. Many DAs will refuse to expunge the arrest record after charges are dismissed. They will appear on the first page of any background check, with the dismissal being buried several pages down where nobody will bother to check. To all the bloviators out there stating they would sue or "never tolerate" that. Good luck with that if it ever happens to you. Even if you have millions of dollars in spare change, many attorneys won't touch the case and most judges will railroad you.
