  1. The only way a father can get sole custody of his child is if the mother completely abandons the child ... and in those cases, the mother is absolved of all accountability for child support. If a man tries to abandon a child financially, his wages would be garnished, his professional licenses pulled and he would be imprisoned. I am a single father with sole custody of my child because the mother abandoned us for another woman. When I asked about child support, both the judge and my lawyer laughed hysterically.

  3. P0rn doesn't take 75% of your assets in divorce court. P0rn doesn't falsely accuse you and put you in prison for things you didn't do. P0rn doesn't lay you off from your job in favor of another gender. P0rn doesn't cost hundreds of dollars in dates for no return. P0rn doesn't criticize you. There you have it. Change the law Sen Hawley, and maybe men will step up again. Why don't YOU "step up" Sen Hawley and make a legal system that doesn't punish men for starting families?
